Virginia Asian Foundation Mission
With the growth of technology, the business community greatest needs in the 21st century is a qualified workforce to help them solve their most complex business challenges.
Asian American and Pacific Islanders (AAPI) workforce in the Mid Atlantic critical soft skills and access to knowledge, connections, and opportunities traditionally being made available to most other demographic population groups.
The Virginia Asian Foundation was created in 2006 to offer the AAPI workforce and entrepreneurs cutting edge programs, mentorship, and activities aimed at AAPI promoting skills training and development, professional leadership development, critical thinking, and civic participation opportunities so they can secure a lifelong career tract they aspire to pursue and to live their American Dreams.

Virginia Asian Chamber of Commerce and Virginia Asian Foundation Programs Committee accomplish our education mission through various efforts that include:
Developing wealth creation activities that result in small business members connecting with leaders in business and the government at all levels for win-win business.
Developing sessions and seminars that address small business operations such as how to develop business sustainable relationships, networking strategies, legal, marketing and negotiating strategies, access to capital financing, and hiring issues.
Forming partnerships with business and government decision-makers to foster more collaborative opportunities for members.
