The March 7 2019 ProcureCon Hampton Roads Industry Day & EXPO at VDOT Headquarters in Suffolkwas a standing room only small business development conference in the South side Virginia Region bringing together government and industry for one full day filled with networking, business development, relationship building, and education opportunities. 175 attended the iconic EXPO 2019.
