A special training session for early stage Virginia technology firms:

SBIR grants (Small Business Innovation Research) and it’s sister STTR grant program (Small Business Technology Transfer) provide $150K - $1M in early stage R&D funding for high risk, new technology development. 11 participating federal agencies use this program to fund early stage technology development that will help them meet their missions.
This workshop is lead by one of the leading SBIR instructors/consultants in the country, Mr. John Davis of The SBIR Resource Center. These workshop will discuss ALL AGENCIES. CIT leads the Commonwealth's efforts to assist Virginia based tech firms to learn about and apply for SBIR/STTR.
Asian Technology companies should commit to traveling if necessary in order to attend the workshop that most applies to current needs and timing of future grant submissions.
