The overarching aim of VACC is to build economic bridge by creating a vibrant community dedicated to connect, promote, and facilitate today’s and tomorrow’s Asian business entrepreneurship growth and Virginia’s global economic growth potentials. This is possible only with the existence of an amazing team of like-minded institutions which support our mission.
ProcureCon NOVA 2015 was another outstanding success. Summit sessions uncovered ways that our 175 entrepreneurs can tap into vast partnership opportunities while innovating new solutions to help their customers solve global challenges.
Our speakers, including Shekar Narasimhan of the White House Commission on Asian Pacific Islanders, Lockheed Martin ‘s top executive Duane Baker, Northrop Grumman ‘s Lynne Livengood, and representative of Governor Terry McAuliffe Office of international Trade provided insight into the current energy landscape and big data opportunities.
Many thanks and credit goes to our several other co-sponsors State of Virginia, Lockheed Martin, General Dynamics, the 12 colleges and universities in the academic purchasing world, session speakers from NASA, US Department of Transportation, global and domestic buyers, and exhibitors.
ProcureCon NOVA 2016 will again be held in Fairfax. Date: TBD in 2016.
