Mr. Tinh Phan, Chairman of the Board of the VACC was honorary keynote speaker in front of 500+ soldiers on May 18 and May 27, 2015 at Fort Lee and Fort Eustis, both in Virginia, home of thousands of American military personnel from all over the nation.

Mr Phan spoke about the history of Asian American economic development in Virginia, a movement created and initiated by the VACC in 2004 as the first Asian Chamber of Commerce representing more than 47,5000 Asian owned businesses in Virginia.

Annually, VACC volunteers speak in front of hundreds of military personnel throughout the Commonwealth to honor May as Asian Heritage Month. We speak in most major military forts to honor the wealth creation activities of Asian entrepreneurs in the Commonwealth with the leadership of VACC since 2004.
